WARM was invited to present on its work at the Bevy, Brighton on Friday, the 8th of September. 5 WARM members attended and wow – did we have a welcome and a good time. The Bevy is just a great example of how a community can use it’s space in new and exciting ways. The range of activities (how to make shampoo – on Saturday – is just one great example) is just fantastic and we are really keen to see what we can do here in Wales.
The WARM presentation, apart from the odd technical issue, was very well received and we had some great feedback from some quite excited participants. So we owe a great debt to the CUPP team (especially David Wolff who funded our stay) for organising this great sharing of experience. And by the way, the Bevendean parkrun is not to be missed if you like a challenge.
So, another WARM experience which will be talked about for quite some time yet – well done guys.
