We have had the pleasure these past two weeks of delivering the Mental Health Awareness (Wales) to students studying various health-based undergraduate programmes at the University of South Wales, at their Pontypridd Campuses. We have delivered the three-hour, interactive session to in excess of 300 students ranging from future nurses to future professionals working in the field of mental health. The feedback has been consistent – the Mental Health Awareness (Wales) session is challenging, valuable and very much needed regardless of whether you are working in the professional fields or someone who cares deeply about changing attitudes and understanding towards emotional wellbeing. One attendee has taken the time to write a testimonial which you will find in the testimonial section of our website. We have many more sessions planned with the university who see the value and impact attending the Mental Health Awareness (Wales) session has for their students and staff.
